The CAT Model CAT LCS2000 is a family of units. The basic unit consists of a multi stage liquid pump, refrigeration system, liquid holding tank, and trailer or skid mounted. All versions are equipped with fork lift slots.

The units are powered by 460VAC/3Ø/60Hz or by 200VAC/3Ø/ 400Hz. When 400Hz power is used, the LCS requires the use of the optional built in 400Hz to 60Hz converter.

The trailer units are flight line towable and can be transported in any cargo aircraft.

The LCS provides chilled fluid between 35 °F & 75 °F.

The LCS can fill, purge, and supply cooled or heated fluid to the aircraft. The system is controlled by a microprocessor and is fully automatic after starting. Temperature and flow are fully adjustable during operation through the microprocessor. Manual isolation valves control supply/return flow and/or pressure during aircraft charging and liquid retrieving from the aircraft.

Ambient operating temperatures are from 35 °F to 140 °F

The LCS can be connected to a PC which displays all operating information and provides diagnostics information for maintenance and run history.
